The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve medium to long term capital appreciation. The Fund invests primarily in equities of developed and emerging markets. The Fund may also invest in fixed income securities of developed countries or debt instruments with at least an "A" rating, and derivatives which will be used primarily for hedging. There is no target industry and sector.
N.B. The Nikko AM Shenton Global Opportunities Fund (the “Fund”) will be merging with the Nikko AM Global Umbrella Fund – Nikko AM Global Equity Fund (the “Target Fund”) and will be terminated with effect from 14 May 2024. Please refer to the results of Extraordinary General Meeting of the unitholders of the Fund in relation to the proposed merger with the Target Fund attached to the Prospectus.

The Central Provident Fund (“CPF”) Ordinary Account (“OA”) interest rate is the legislated minimum 2.5% per annum, or the 3-month average of major local banks' interest rates, whichever is higher, reviewed quarterly.
